Wellington Capital Partners believes that in order to be the most productive and successful in the workplace you must prioritize self-care. We know hard work and dedication are important but we also know that taking care of yourself should be a top priority. Lack of self-care can affect the quality of your life. From our experience in the field, some of our most motivated employees commit to taking care of themselves mentally, emotionally, and physically. Wellness is a key component to everyday life at Wellington Capital Partners.

Wellness Baskets

Because we value self-care, Wellington Capital Partners has placed wellness baskets in central locations of our office. Here our employees will find herbal tea, cough drops, fresh oranges, and bananas, as well as some tips for staying well during the winter season. Wellington Capital Partners has even built standing desks for employees who have requested them. We encourage standing and movement throughout the day. Wellness and self-care are so important so we strive to encourage all of our employees to lead healthy lives.

  • Get enough sleep (ideally 7-8 hours)
  • Go outside
  • Exercise everyday
  • Do something that is relaxing
  • Do something that brings you joy
  • Try to eat more fruits and vegetables
